The MBSR program consists of eight weekly classes and one all-day class (held on a Saturday). Classes include: - Individual interview with each class participant – Mindfulness meditation practices

Remember the kindness of your mother?

The love and kindness shown us by our mother in this life would be difficult to repay. She endured many sleepless nights to care for us when we were helpless infants. She fed us and would have willingly sacrificed everything, including her own life, to spare ours. - H.H. Dalai Lama

Show her how much you appreciate her kindness with a gift she’ll love…

Gratitude
–Author Unknown

Eric and Kimberly wish you all a very Happy ThanksGiving!

In the spirit of Mindfulness, know that we can be thankful for many arisings especially the unexpected.  May all Beings have peace. love. wellbeing.  :)

Be thankful for not having everything you want, for if you did, what would there be to look forward to?

Be thankful when you don’t know something, for it gives you an opportunity to learn.

Be thankful for the difficult times. During those times you grow.

Be thankful for your limitations, because they give you opportunities for improvement.

Be thankful for each new challenge, because it will build your strength and character.

Be thankful for your mistakes. They will teach you valuable lessons.

Be thankful when you’re tired and weary, because it means you’ve made a difference.

It’s easy to be thankful for the good things. A life of rich fulfillment comes to those who are also thankful for the setbacks.

Gratitude can turn a negative into a positive. Find a way to be thankful for your troubles, and they can become your blessings.
