Join Mindfulness teacher Kimberly LaRue on Monday, May 9, for a workshop on Mindful Eating – the art of savoring and truly appreciating your food.
Mindfulness helps you break free from routine eating habits by examining the thoughts, feelings and internal pressures that affect how and why you eat (or donʼt eat). Kimberly teaches that learning to eat mindfully will avail you more self awareness, more joy and less stress.
She will teach you how to:
  • Get in touch with your intuition around food
  • Recognize your natural hunger and satiety cues
  • Know what your cravings really mean
  • Choose foods that are both pleasing and nourishing
  • Reclaim a healthy relationship with all food, all the time.

Kimberly has studied with numerous yoga and meditation masters for over 16 years. She also teaches Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) – a program developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.
