MBSR 8-Week Program

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an intensive eight-week course designed to transform your relationship with stress, improve your health, and increase enjoyment of life.

Course Format
The MBSR program consists of eight weekly classes and one all-day class (held on a Saturday).  Classes include:

Individual interview with each class participant

Mindfulness meditation practices

Gentle stretching and simple yoga

Interactive exercises to elicit skills and qualities of mindfulness

Readings, logs, and CD recordings to support each aspect of the participant’s home practice

Beautiful private downtown space in West Palm Beach

Classes will be 2 1/2 hours long and will meet on Tuesdays from 6-8:30pm, with the first class being on January 24, 2012, and the last being on March 13, 2012. The all-day class/retreat will take place between classes 6 and 7.

The fee for this eight-week MBSR course is $450 ($400, if paid in full by December 31, 2011). Credit cards accepted for an additional fee. It is our intention to keep the program accessible to anyone who could benefit. Flexible payment plans can be arranged, and discounts are available according to need.
